February 6, 2021 All day
Designed for those parents seeking additional information regarding our Saturday Programs we will be opening applications for expressions of interest at the beginning of February 2021. Parents will be asked to submit their email addresses and then be sent a presentation to watch that outlines the program, the facility, teachers, and resources that will be used in the different age groups. These parents will also be given the opportunity to meet with the Saturday Management Team Online, to answer any additional questions they may have.
January 20, 2021 All day
In January this year, we will be making a presentation available to current [2020-21 school year] Saturday Class parents regarding the changes that will take place in 2021-22 as a part of the newly structured Saturday Program. With additional information, we feel our parents will gain more insight into the program’s aims, content, and general day-to-day activities. We hope it also provides a number of answers to questions. However, we will also be giving parents the opportunity to sign up for an online meeting with the Saturday Management Team, to answer any additional questions they may have.

December 19 All day
Usually performed in December, the children spend at least two months practicing for their concert. Students perform a number of lines within a concert that usually retells a famous story. The children put in a lot of effort to the performances and it is a culmination of their learning over the course of the year. It also helps to strengthen their confidence and develop their public speaking skills. Please note that in 2020 we have moved the Christmas Concert to the current COVID situation. This year the performance the children will do for their parents will be held in March 2021.
Our Halloween Event was celebrated on October 31st this year.
Due to the COVID situation, we changed the way we ran our event and the children really enjoyed it. The classes were split into groups of 3 or 4 and one teacher moved between the groups with their activity. The EC groups [PS/KA/KB] had the opportunity to make slime, play some halloween games (like ‘Pin the tie on Mr Bones’ and do a Halloween bowling activity. G1 & G2 made slime, created large paper jack-o-lanterns, played ‘tic-tac-toe’ and ‘ghost, ghost go away’. Poppy, Ivy, Cherry, and Daisy Classes played ‘tic-tac-toe’, made Halloween stress balls, had fun with leaves and did a monster quiz as their activities. And lastly our older groups decorated masks and played Halloween games like 20 Questions and Pictionary. The children all really enjoyed themselves in the afternoon and we are so happy they all looked wonderful in their costumes. We would like to thank all the parents for their efforts in making sure the children were dressed up since we are not able to run events such as these without the support of our amazing Saturday parents. Our wonderful teachers also showed some creativity and uniqueness in their costumes too. We hope you enjoy seeing a selection of photos from our Halloween event this year.
