Due to the COVID situation, we changed the way we ran our event and the children really enjoyed it. The classes were split into groups of 3 or 4 and one teacher moved between the groups with their activity. The EC groups [PS/KA/KB] had the opportunity to make slime, play some halloween games (like ‘Pin the tie on Mr Bones’ and do a Halloween bowling activity. G1 & G2 made slime, created large paper jack-o-lanterns, played ‘tic-tac-toe’ and ‘ghost, ghost go away’. Poppy, Ivy, Cherry, and Daisy Classes played ‘tic-tac-toe’, made Halloween stress balls, had fun with leaves and did a monster quiz as their activities. And lastly our older groups decorated masks and played Halloween games like 20 Questions and Pictionary. The children all really enjoyed themselves in the afternoon and we are so happy they all looked wonderful in their costumes. We would like to thank all the parents for their efforts in making sure the children were dressed up since we are not able to run events such as these without the support of our amazing Saturday parents. Our wonderful teachers also showed some creativity and uniqueness in their costumes too. We hope you enjoy seeing a selection of photos from our Halloween event this year.
